This tie only has a label reading “Rhodia Organzin”, so it is not possible to state the country of production with certainty. However, it is most likely that it was made in Sweden sometime during the 1930s or 1940s, using French artificial silk. The condition is absolutely perfect and it appears to be practically unused.
