Shipping policy

PAYMENT

We accept a vast number of payment options. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. This secure payment service is provided by Shopify, Klarna or PayPal on separate gateway.

DELIVERY
We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. If your country is not listed at checkout, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to arrange shipping to your address. Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, normally 1-2 working days after order placement. Orders to Sweden will be sent by DHL and all other orders are shipped by DHL, UPS or Fedex. All orders are delivered traceable and requires signature upon receipt. When your order leaves us you will receive a tracking information via e-mail.

Shipping depends on your location, package size and total order amount and will be calculated at checkout. For an estimate, please check below:

Sweden
DHL: 69-149 SEK depending on package size, 2-3 working days.
Pick up in our Stockholm shop: Free (bring photo ID)

EU
DHL, UPS or FedEx: 200-400 SEK depending on package size, 3-6 working days. 

Rest of Europe
DHL, UPS or FedEx: 200-700 SEK depending on package size, 3-6 working days.

Rest of the world
UPS or FedEx: 400-1000 SEK depending on package size, 3-10 working days.

Please note that the shipping outside of EU do not include any import costs that may be due when the package reaches a country of destination or any local taxes such as VAT. 

Prices on new products include VAT when ordering to countries inside the EU. Swedish VAT on new products will always be deducted at cart and checkout for customers outside of EU after selecting you country at checkout.

NON COLLECTED PACKAGES
Non collected or refused packages that are sent in return to us by the shipper is charged by a fee of 300 SEK for administrative costs plus any return shipping fees at cost. For export orders this cost can be substantial.
