DESCRIPTION
This black homburg hat is of British origin. It was produced by Henry Cranford & Sons, most likely sometime during the 1930s or 1940s. It is black in colour and features a matching hatband and edge binding in a dark grey-black shade.
The interior is lined with a light silk fabric bearing the manufacturer’s logo. It has a light brown leather sweatband. In addition to the logo, the sweatband is stamped with the text “extra oval”, indicating that the hat is designed to fit an oval head shape.
The condition is excellent, virtually as new. There are no signs of wear. Please study the photographs carefully and form your own opinion of the condition.
SIZE
The inner circumference of the hat measures 55,5 centimeters. It can be stretched approximately half a size using a hat stretcher. Please scroll down for exact measurements.
