DESCRIPTION
This suit no longer has the manufacturer's label, but we can confidently say that it was tailored in Sweden sometime during the 1950s. However, it does have a label from the fabric manufacturer, Taylor & Littlewood, Huddersfield, England.
The jacket is single-breasted and fastens with three buttons. It has horizontal welt pockets and a breast pocket. There is a buttonhole on the left lapel. The back is straight and lacks a vent. It is fully lined inside and features three inner pockets, one large on each side and a smaller one on the left.
The trousers have a front crease, slightly slanted front pockets, and belt loops. They have a zipper fly and two back pockets, both with button closures.
The overall condition is very good, with no visible damage to the fabric, and the lining is also in good condition. Please examine the pictures to form your own opinion on the condition.
SIZE
In size, it corresponds to a modern EU 50 (US/UK 40). There is plenty of fabric to let out in both the waist and the length. Please scroll down for the exact measurements.
