DESCRIPTION
This suit is of Swedish origin and was made sometime during the 1950s. It is by the brand Kabom and was originally sold in the menswear chain Carl Axel, which had several large stores in Stockholm. The fabric is a woolen Prince of Wales check, grey with a brown plaid pattern. The fabric is Scottish, from Reid & Welsh. The blazer is single-breasted and fastens with three buttons. It has horizontal front pockets and a breast pocket. There is a buttonhole on the left lapel. The back is straight and lacks vents. The interior is fully lined and features three inner pockets, one large pocket on each side and a smaller pocket on the left side.
The trousers are single pleated and features a zip fly. They feature belt loops and diagonal front pockets. There is a back pocket on each side, both with button closures.
The condition of the suit is overall good. There are no visible damages to the fabric, but there are some discolorations, particularly in the lining of the trousers. There are also a couple of discolored spots on the fabric, but the design of the fabric makes it necessary to closely inspect the suit to spot these; the camera exaggerates their appearance. Some stitching in the label at the neck has come loose. Please look at the images and form your own opinion of the condition.

In terms of size, the suit corresponds to an EU 46-48 (US/UK 36-40). There is material available to let out the trousers both at the waist and in length if needed. Please scroll down for the exact measurements.
