DESCRIPTION
This bespoke suit was commissioned in October 1957. The fabric is in a mid-grey color tone, with a subtle red line. The jacket has a three button closure, two horizontal front pockets and one breast pocket. It has a plain back with no vent. It is fully lined, with two inner pockets, one of each side. The trousers have double pleats, diagonal front pockets and belt loops. They have a button closure and two back pockets with flaps, one on each side. The condition of the suit is overall good, but there are some damages in the fabric on one leg and on the turn-up.There is also some staining in the pockets and groin area. This could easily be replaced though. Please have a look at the images and evaluate.
SIZE
The size would best be described as a modern size EU 48 (US/UK 38). The trousers are slightly smaller, closer to EU 46. But there is some material to let out in the waist if needed. Please scroll down for the exact measurements.
