SWEDISH 1950S/1960S DEADSTOCK MID-GREY TWO PIECE SUIT BY STRANDS. SIZE CA EU 44

DESCRIPTION

This small sized two piece suit most likely dates back to the 1950s or possible early 1960s. It has never been used, it still has the original tag attached to the left sleeve. The jacket has a three button closure, two horizontal front pockets with flaps and one breast pocket. It has no vents in the back. It is fully lined with one inner pocket on each side. The trousers are single pleated with diagonal front pockets. They have a zip closure and hook. They have turn-ups and on back pocket on the right side. The condition of the suit is immaculate, please take a look at the images and evaluate.

SIZE

The jacket would best be described as a modern size EU 44 (US/UK 34), and the trousers and smaller in size, about EU 40 (US/UK 40).  However the trousers could easily be altered as there are some material in the waist to let out, and also a lot in length if sacrificing the turn-ups.
