DESCRIPTION
This suit dates back to the 1950s and was produced in Scotland by Reid & Taylor. It is made in a grey Prince of Wales fabric with a red overcheck. The jacket has a three button single breasted closure, two horizontal front pockets and one breast pocket. It has one vent in the back. It is fully lined and it has two inner pockets, one on each side. The trousers have a flat front and diagonal front pockets. They have belt loops and zipper fly with a button closure in top. They have one pocket in the back, on the right side. The overall condition of the suit is good but not perfect, there are a few damages. There is also some discoloration in the pockets. SIZE
The size would best be described as a modern size EU 54 (US/UK44). The sleeves in the jacket are of different length, but there is material to let out in the shorter sleeve. Please scroll down for exact measurements and seam allowance.
