DESCRIPTION
This classic bespoke suit was commissioned at Anderson & Sheppard on November 7, 1961. The jacket has a three button single breasted closure, two horizontal pockets and one breast pocket. It has plain back with no vents. It has two inner pockets, one on each side. The trousers have double pleats, diagonal front pockets and zip fly with hook. They have size adjusters and button for braces. They have one pocket on the back, on the right side. This suit has some wear and tear but nothing that would affect the overall appearance when worn. There are some repairs to the lining and the lining of the pockets have been changed. There is also some discoloration around the armpits, still on the inside and nothing that is noticeable when worn. Please have a look at the images and evaluate the condition of the suit.
SIZE
The overall size of the suit would best be described as a moderns size EU 48 (US/UK 38). The trousers are slightly larger in size, closer to a EU 50 (US/UK 40). There is some material to let out in length, but not in the waist. Please scroll down for exact measurements and seam allowance.
