BRITISH 1950S GREY TWO PIECE SINGLE BREASTED SUIT BY BURTON. SIZE CA EU 50

DESCRIPTION

This suit is of British origin, produced by Burton. It is made in a grey cloth with striped texture. The jacket has a three button single breasted closure, horizontal front pockets with flaps and one breast pocket. It has a plain back with no vent. The jacket is fully lined and has two inner pockets, one on each side. The trousers are single pleated and has diagonal front pockets. They have a button zipper with hook closure in top, size adjusters in the waist and two back pockets, both with button closure. They have buttons for braces. The overall condition of the suit is good, but there are some flaws. There is damage to the cloth in the groin area and also to one on the creases in the front. These damages does not affect the overall impression of the suit when worn. Please have a look at the images and evaluate the condition of the suit. 

SIZE

The size of the jacket would best be described as a modern size EU 50 (US/UK 40). The trousers are slightly larger, closer to a modern size EU 52 (US/UK42). Please scroll down for exact measurements and seam allowance.
