DESCRIPTION
This classic suit dates back to the 1950s and is of Swedish origin, produced by Kabom for Carl Axel, a menswear company once based in Stockholm. The jacket has a three button single breasted closure, horizontal front pockets and one breast pocket. It has a plain back with no vent. It is fully lined and has three inner pockets, one large on each side plus a smaller one on the left side. The trousers are double pleated and has belt loops and button for braces. They have diagonal front pockets and a zipper fly with hook in top. They have two back pockets both with flaps. The overall condition of the suit is good considering its age. There are no obvious signs of wear when worn, but there are some discoloration in the lining. Please have a look at the images and evaluate the condition of the suit.
SIZE
The jacket would best be described as a modern size EU 52 (US/UK 42). The trousers are slightly smaller, closer to a EU 50 (US/UK 40. There are a lot of material to take out in the trousers, especially in the waist. Please scroll down for exact measurements and seam allowance.
