DESCRIPTION
This suit dates back to the late 1940s or possibly early 1950s. It is made in a blue grey fabric with a distinct zigzag pattern, clearly a fabric a little out of the ordinary. There are no labels visible, so we cannot know the producer, but this suit is most likely of Swedish origin. The jacket has a two button single breasted closure, horizontal front pockets and one breast pocket. It has a plain back with no vent. The jacket is fully lined and has two inner pockets, one on each side. The trousers are double pleated and has diagonal from pockets. They have belt loops and buttons for braces. They have a button zipper and two back pockets, each with flap and button closure. The overall condition is great considering its age, there are no obvious signs of wear. Please have a look at the images and evaluate.
SIZE
The size of the jacket would best be described as a modern size Eu 48 (US/UK 38). The trousers are slightly larger in size, closer to a EU 50 (US/UK 40). Please scroll down for exact measurements and seam allowance.
