DESCRIPTION
This suit is of Swedish origin, made in the 1950s by Schlasbergs in Landskrona, southern Sweden. It has never been worn, with the original label still attached to the lapel of the jacket. The suit is made from a grey fabric with a very subtle check pattern. The jacket is single-breasted and fastens with three buttons. It features horizontal front pockets and a breast pocket. There is a buttonhole on the left lapel. The back is straight and lacks a vent. Inside, it is fully lined and has two inner pockets, one on each side.
The trousers have double pleats and slanted front pockets. They have belt loops, and there are buttons inside the waistband for braces. The trousers feature a zipper fly and fasten with a button at the top.
The condition is absolutely perfect; the suit is completely unused, and there are no visible signs of damage. Please review the photos and form your own opinion on the condition.
SIZE
In size, the jacket corresponds to a modern EU 50 (US/UK 40). The trousers are slightly smaller in size; based on the waist measurement, they correspond to a modern EU 48 (US/UK 38). However, there is enough extra material to let out the trousers at the waist so that they can also correspond to a modern EU 50 (US/UK 40). Please scroll down for the exact measurements.
