DESCRIPTION
This leather jacket is of Swedish origin, made sometime in the 1950s and sold at Calles Skinnkläder, a store in Söderhamn, central Sweden. In the neck, it has a label that reads "genuine goatskin."
The jacket is single-breasted and has five buttons. It features diagonal front pockets as well as vertical chest pockets. There is a buttonhole on the left lapel. The back is straight and lacks a vent. Inside, it is lined with a checked wool fabric. It also has one inner pocket, on the right side.
The condition of this jacket is exceptionally good. The leather is incredibly soft and fine, almost as if it were brand new. The lining is also in perfect condition. It is likely that the jacket has been worn very little, if at all. The only noticeable detail is that it originally had belt loops, which have been removed for some reason. The stitching holes from these loops are visible if examined very closely. There are also buttons on the neck, indicating that the jacket originally had a detachable collar, probably made of fur.
