This coat is something special. It is of Swedish origin and was originally sold at the department store PUB (Paul U Bergström) in Stockholm sometime during the 1940s or 1950s. It is made from an eye-catching chocolate brown heavy twill fabric. It features a shawl collar made of dark brown fur, which creates a beautiful contrast against the slightly lighter twill fabric. The coat is double-breasted and fastens with three buttons. The buttons, which are light brown, form a harmonious combination with the other brown tones. It has horizontal front pockets with flaps. The back has a belt with buttons and lacks a vent. The coat also features some decorative stitching at the hem, adding a stylish touch. The interior is fully lined with brown shearling.
The overall condition of the coat is exceptional, with no visible signs of use, not even the buttonholes show any wear. The fur is also in remarkably good condition, showing no signs of dryness or damage overall. Please look at the images and form your own opinion on the condition.
