This coat is of Swedish origin, produced by Elson, most likely sometime in the late 1940s. It is made from a heavy herringbone patterned brown fabric. It is double-breasted with three rows of buttons and features covered leather buttons. It has vertical front pockets, and there are buttonholes on both lapels. The back has a belt and a vent. Inside, it is fully lined and has an inner pocket on the right side. The sleeve length seems to have been extended at some point, as the lining is patched with another fabric at the sleeve ends.
The condition is generally very good. The only thing to note is a slight discoloration in the fabric in one spot. However, due to the nature of the fabric, these types of imperfections are difficult to detect, so it does not affect the overall impression when the coat is worn. Please study the pictures and form your own opinion on the condition.
