These are so called snap cufflinks. The two parts of each cufflink is attached to each other with a push button. It's a very praCtical solution as you don't have to take of the cufflink when you take of your shirt, just unbutton it! This style was very popular during the first decades of the 20th century. Another advantage of the snap cufflink is that they are two sided - both sides are identical. This pair has a nice mother-of-pearl inlay. The face measure approximately 0.8 cm in diameter.

Some cufflinks that we sell show signs of wear, which is natural considering their age. However, looking at the pictures, one should be aware that the makro lens of the camera picks up every little imperfection on a small piece like a pair of cufflinks. What is a noticable damage in the picture may be hardly even visible with the naked eye. These small damages will not affect the overall impression when the cufflinks are worn.
