ITALIAN 1930S/1940S MID-BROWN HOMBURG HAT BY BORSALINO. SIZE EU 57

DESCRIPTION

This hat is of Italian origin, produced by the legendary hat maker Borsalino, most likely sometime during the 1930s or 1940s. It was later imported to Sweden and sold as new at the Norén/Englund shop in Linköping, southern Sweden. The interior is lined and bears Borsalino’s classic logo. It features a brown leather sweatband. Externally, the hat is in very good condition, with no signs of wear to the crown or the bands. Inside, there is some light discolouration to the lining, but the leather band is in excellent condition. The hat appears to have seen very little use. Please study the photographs carefully and make your own assessment of its condition.
