This coat is of Swedish origin and was tailor-made in 1966 by Rydholms, a well-known Swedish firm based in Stockholm. It is made from a dark navy wool fabric with a fairly pronounced twill weave, a cloth of Scottish origin according to the label.
The coat is double-breasted with three rows of buttons. It features slightly slanted front pockets with flaps and has a buttonhole in each lapel. The black silk collar provides a striking contrast to the dark navy cloth. The cuffs are finished with three buttons. At the back, the coat has a straight cut with a single vent. Internally, it is fully lined and has two inside pockets, one on each side.
In terms of condition, the overall impression is very good. There is, however, some wear visible on the inside upon closer inspection, mainly consisting of minor damage to the lining. Please review the images and form your own assessment of the condition.
