DESCRIPTION
This suit dates back to the early 1950s. It is most certainly of Swedish origin, but the tag has been removed so we don't know the producer. The jacket has a three button single breasted closure, horizontal front pockets and one breast pocket. It has a plain back with no vents. It is fully lined and has three inner pockets, two large ones one each side and a smaller one on the left side. The trousers are double pleated and has belt loops and buttons for braces. They have a button fly with button closure in the top. They have diagonal front pockets and two back pockets, both with flaps. The overall condition of the suit is good considering its age, there are some discoloration in the lining. Please have a look at the images and evaluate the condition.
SIZE
The jacket would best be described as a modern size EU 56 (US/UK 46). The trousers are smaller in size, closer to a modern EU 50 (US/UK 40). There is quite much of material for alterations in the trousers, both in the waist and in length. Please scroll down for exact measurements and seam allowance.
