DESCRIPTION
This dark blue suit dates back to the late 1940s, it is of Swedish origin, produced by Viking. The jacket has a double breasted closure with two button rows. It has horizontal front pockets and one breast pocket. It has a plain back with no vent. It is fully lined and has two inner pockets, one on each side. The waistcoat has a six button closure and four front pockets. It has an adjuster in the back. The trousers are double pleated and has diagonal front pockets. They have tunnel loops and buttons for braces. They have a button fly and two back pockets, both with flaps and button closure. The overall condition of the suit is good considering its age. There are no visible signs of wear when worn, but there is some discoloration in the lining. Please have a look at the images and evaluate the condition.
SIZE
The size of the jacket would best be described as modern size EU 50 (US/UK34). The waistcoat and trousers are both slightly smaller, they would best be described as modern size EU 48 (US/UK 38).
