DESCRIPTION
This raglan coat is of Swedish origin. It is by the brand Elson and was most likely produced in the late 1950s or possibly the early 1960s. It is made from a grey wool fabric with a subtle Glen check pattern.
The coat is single-breasted and fastens with three buttons. It features slightly slanted front pockets and has a buttonhole on the left lapel. The back is straight with a vent. Inside, it is fully lined and has a partially quilted lining. On the left-hand side there is a vertical internal pocket with piping.
The condition of the coat is excellent, with nothing of note to remark upon. Please study the images carefully and form your own assessment of the condition.
SIZE
In terms of size, it corresponds to a modern EU 48 (US/UK 38). As is always the case with coats, the fit depends greatly on what is worn underneath. Please note that our size assessment is based on the assumption that a jacket is worn underneath. Kindly scroll down for exact measurements.
