This raglan overcoat is of Swedish origin, produced by Dress and sold in a shop called Kronbergs Svenssons in Karlstad, in the province of Värmland. It was made sometime during the 1940s in a thick, lightly mottled grey fabric with a woolly texture.
The coat is single-breasted and fastens with four buttons. It features slightly slanted, almost vertical front pockets, and a buttonhole on the left lapel. The back is straight with a vent. Inside, it is fully lined and has an inner pocket on the left side.
Overall, the condition is good, but a closer inspection reveals some imperfections. There is a small flaw in the fabric on one shoulder, and a few minor damages on the sleeves. One sleeve shows an area with slight wear to the fabric, and there is also some fraying around the sleeve ends. The fabric near the buttonholes is a bit worn as well. In short, the coat is not in mint condition, but it remains entirely wearable as it is and presents a good overall impression. Please study the photos carefully and make your own assessment of the condition.
