DESCRIPTION
This coat is of German origin. It is by the brand Schittkow Bekleidung and was most likely produced sometime during the 1950s or 1960s. It is made from a mottled grey tweed fabric with a subtle herringbone structure.
The coat is single-breasted with three buttons. It features vertical front pockets, a half-belt at the back, and a single vent. At the cuffs, there are decorative buttoned tabs. Inside, it is fully lined and has one inner pocket with a flap on the left side.
The condition is excellent; the only minor flaw is a few small damages in the back lining, but this does not affect the overall impression in any way. Please study the photos carefully to form your own opinion of its condition.
SIZE
In modern sizing, it corresponds to an EU 48 (US/UK 38). As with all coats of this type, the fit depends largely on what is worn underneath - the stated size is based on it being worn over a suit jacket. Please scroll down for the exact measurements and seam allowances.
