DESCRIPTION
This bespoke overcoat was commissioned in 1950 by tailor Nilsson & Lindman in Stockholm. It is made in a black cloth with a subtle herringbone pattern. It has a four button single breasted closure, horizontal front pockets with flaps and one breast pocket. The breast pocket is a rather unusual detail on Swedish overcoats from this era, seen mainly on bespoke coats. It has a button hole in the left lapel and it has a vent in the back. The coat is fully lined and has three inner pockets. One standard pocket on each side plus a large one on the left side with flap and button closure. The overall condition is good, there are no obvious signs of wear. Please have a look at the images and evaluate the condition.
