ITALIAN 1950S/1960S GREY FELT HAT BY BORSALINO. SIZE EU 56.5

DESCRIPTION 

This hat is of Italian origin and was produced by the legendary Italian hat maker Borsalino, sometime during the 1950s or 1960s. It was imported into Sweden by Lindells, a company based in Örebro.

The hat is dark grey in colour and features a matching hatband. The interior is lined with dark brown silk with a beige ground, bearing both Borsalino’s logo and the importer’s logo. It has a dark grey leather sweatband, which also carries both logos, as well as the original owner’s initials.

In terms of condition, it is very good. Externally, it is virtually in as-new condition. On the inside, there is perhaps some very light wear visible to the sweatband. Please review the images and form your own assessment of the condition.

The inner circumference of the hat measures 56,5 centimeters. It can be stretched approximately half a size using a hat stretcher. Please scroll down for exact measurements.
