DESCRIPTION
This hat is of Czechoslovak origin and is by the brand Richard Millner, most likely produced sometime during the 1930s or 1940s. It was imported into Sweden and sold new by Lidholms, a shop in Gävle.
In colour, it is grey-blue and features a hatband in a matching tone. The interior is lined with silk, dark blue at the sides and light at the base. At the base, the manufacturer’s logo can be found, along with the importer’s name. It has a mid-brown leather sweatband, which, in addition to the manufacturer’s and the retailer’s logos, also bears the original owner’s initials stamped into the leather.
As for condition, there are a few points to note. There are some minor areas of damage to the felt; however, these are on the underside of the brim and are not visible when the hat is worn. There is also some discolouration to the lining. Please study the photographs carefully and form your own opinion of the condition.
SIZE
The inner circumference of the hat measures 56,5 centimeters. It can be stretched approximately half a size using a hat stretcher. Please scroll down for exact measurements.
