BRITISH 1950S/1960S BLACK BOWLER FELT HAT BY CHRISTYS. SIZE EU 55

This hat is of British origin and was produced by the well-known British manufacturer Christys. It was imported to Sweden and sold new by A.F. Bodecker, Sweden’s most prestigious hat shop.

The felt is black in colour, with a hatband in a slightly lighter, contrasting tone. The interior is lined with a light-coloured silk fabric bearing the manufacturer’s logo. The brown leather sweatband features both this logo and that of the retailer.

In terms of condition, it is good but not perfect. There are faint marks on the crown; however, these are barely noticeable when the hat is worn and may only be detected upon close inspection. Please study the photographs and form your own opinion of the condition.
